The official State of Texas pepper spray/ OC class for commissioned security officers. The level III class is a Prerequisite to this class. You must renew this certification every 2 years in order to remain in compliance and continue to carry OC while on duty. If you have the old pepper spray certification that was considered permanent it is now obsolete and you need to take this class as soon as possible to remain in compliance.
