Your driver’s license or State ID number, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, are only collected because Texas law requires them to appear on your certificate of training after you complete a course.

We may use your name, email, and phone number to send you renewal reminders, class scheduling updates, and promotions for East Texas Security Training Academy. You can opt out of these at any time. We will never sell your information or share it with any outside company.

Our website is monitored by current security software and meets applicable PCI security requirements for handling payment information.

Course Access

You will have 6 months of access to complete your online coursework and download your certificate of training. After 6 months, your account and course access will be automatically deactivated.

Refund Policy

We have a no-refund policy. Once you purchase a course, you have instant access to paid course material, so refunds are not offered after purchase.

Pass Guarantee

If you don’t pass on your first try, you can retake the exam as many times as you need, at no additional cost, until you pass.
